Service Desk Technician

Are you a problem solver by nature? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Technician to join our busy team!

As a Service Desk Technician, you will answer incoming support calls and log issues and queries using a ticket system. You will also make sure to update users in a timely manner on outstanding issues. Additionally, you will handle moving and installing IT equipment, providing support for a range of devices across the site.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week (7.30am to 4pm)

Service Desk Technician Requirements:

Customer Service experience

Excellent communication skills – including telephone and face-to-face

MS Office, Windows Support, At least a basic understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP and 365

A desire to learn

Service Desk Technician Benefits:
