As a Service Desk Technician, you will answer incoming support calls and log issues and queries using a ticket system. You will also make sure to update users in a timely manner on outstanding issues. Additionally, you will handle moving and installing IT equipment, providing support for a range of devices across the site.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week (7.30am to 4pm)
Service Desk Technician Requirements:
Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills – including telephone and face-to-face
MS Office, Windows Support, At least a basic understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP and 365
A desire to learn
