We are working with a reputable client based in Northampton (NN2) who require a professional Service Desk Coordinator. The position is a permanent role paying up to £26k + Benefits DOE.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5pm) 40hr contract
The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills and be able to communicate with Customers and Internal Stakeholders within the business. It would be advantageous if you have experience in coordinating, planning and scheduling engineers across the UK (My client is a SME company, and you will be managing approx. 10 engineers alongside additional team members). Must have excellent IT skills and be willing to learn new technology systems. Training will be given upon employment.
