Service Desk Analyst

Our client has an urgent requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to join a skilled team of 8 on a 6-week remote contract.

About You:

The successful Service Desk Analyst will need to have:

2-4 years of experience in a Service Desk / Support role.
Extensive experience with Office 365 and creating new users.
Experience with Azure and enrolling InTune users.
Experience setting up OS into new hardware.
Excellent communication and phone manner.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Great attention to detail.
