Overview
We're looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first and second-line technical support, resolve incidents, and help deliver reliable, high-quality IT services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop, hardware, software and user support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary.
Manage IT assets and device deployments.
Support service improvements, projects and technology rollouts.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Work collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
Experience in an IT support or service desk role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL desirable).
A team player with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and contributing to a modern, customer-focused IT function.
