Description:
Service Desk Analyst
Duration: 12 months expected
Location: 5 days a week in Hursley
Clearance: SC is required
Rate: £318 per day inside IR35 - Umbrella
Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or customer support environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.
Basic understanding of networking concepts.
