Description:

An experienced First Line Service Desk Analyst required for an established business within Derbyshire
The successful candidate will form part of a strong team culture reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
Duties :
Provide first-line technical support
Log all support requests and technical issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Follow up with users to ensure.Key Skills
Technical support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize workload
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous but not essential.Monday to Friday (phone number removed) & 9.00-17.00 on a weekly rota)
WFH day after probation
