Key Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and support to the Civil Helicopter Services CSM team in the delivery of their roles which typically includes the coordination, communication and enablement of multifunctional supporting staff comprising CAMO, Part 145, Materials, Pilots and Commercial.

* Seamless execution of services contract sales, from pricing strategies to the final stages of delivery and invoicing.

* Maintain rigorous adherence to regulations, including Part 145 and Part CAMO, safeguarding the highest standards of operation.

* Collaborate closely with maintenance organisations and rotary aircraft customers across the UK, fostering robust relationships and ensuring service excellence

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proven track record in a similar role within the aviation sector, with a focus on service delivery management.

* Robust understanding of the end-to-end processes in services contract sales.

* Knowledge of aviation regulations, specifically Part 145 and Part CAMO.

* Demonstrable experience liaising with rotary aircraft customers and maintenance organisations within the UK.
