Join Our Team as a Service Delivery Manager!

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring top-notch service delivery and maintenance in the housing sector? We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee the daily operations in a defined area, delivering quality service to our customers and enhancing MTVH's reputation.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Deliver high-quality maintenance services in line with business objectives and targets across all our work streams.
Plan, execute, control, and monitor day-to-day operations to meet performance measures and business goals.
Collaborate with a team of Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Trade Operatives to provide top-tier service.
Manage operational staff, ensuring effective teamwork and productivity.
Address customer complaints and issues professionally to enhance MTVH's reputation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and external accreditation requirements.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, cost reduction, and value for money.
Foster excellent customer service and collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated solutions.
Make prompt and informed decisions to drive the company's competitiveness.
Instill energy and dynamism into the team to contribute to the business's success.
Support MTVH's corporate values and uphold professionalism and integrity.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge:

Management or Senior Management background.
Commercial track record in a compatible business environment.
Understanding of the maintenance needs of large-scale Social Landlord organizations.
Knowledge of Registered Provider Regulatory framework.
Professional or trade qualification and/or extensive relevant experience.
Conflict and change management skills.
Strong analytical and financial acumen.
General Responsibilities:
