Service Delivery Manager
Are you an experienced Delivery Manager who enjoys combining customer service, team leadership, problem-solving and commercial responsibility?
We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, oversee day-to-day service delivery and support the wider team to ensure consistently high standards.
The role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a first-class service while coordinating workloads and supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing service delivery across your customer portfolio
Supervising and supporting members of your team
Building strong customer relationships and improving response and delivery times
Handling customer enquiries, service issues and escalations
Reviewing customer requirements and identifying opportunities to add further value
Preparing proposals and supporting commercial opportunities
Helping to improve internal processes and overall efficiency
Supporting new business activity where required
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong customer focus and the ability to work effectively across both customer and internal teams.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience within service delivery, account management or a customer-focused environment
Strong relationship management skills
Leadership or team supervision experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Commercial awareness and the confidence to identify opportunities within customer accounts
Lead Generation experience
Comfortability to network and identify opportunities to maximise profits
