SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - UP TO £90,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS - WOKING - DV CLEARED - MOD FOCUSED - FAST MOVING PROCESS - SECTOR: Defence
Our client, a leading engineering and technology organisation operating across defence and national security, is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team.
This role involves managing customer support services, coordinating internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across UK and international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer support, incidents, escalations and service delivery.
Oversee service contracts, budgets, forecasting and invoicing.
Lead service reviews, change management and customer-facing CABs.
Support bids and tenders, including cost estimates and technical proposals.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Requirements:
Experience in service delivery or project management within a regulated environment.
Background in defence, national security or related sectors.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership and financial management skills.
Knowledge of ITIL (v3/v4).
Experience supporting bids and through-life support standards
