Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?
Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract.
This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes
Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained
Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders
Train and support users of inhouse systems
Produce reports and manage service performance
About You:
Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing suppliers and service performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous team leadership experience
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Healthcare, medical devices, NHS or managed service experience would be advantageous
