Description:
Our client, a global leader within the technology distribution sector, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Executive to join their successful Retail team in Basingstoke.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, operations, order management, or account support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate customer purchase orders accurately and within agreed service levels.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
Monitor customer orders and deliveries, proactively resolving any issues that arise.
Support key retail accounts by providing exceptional service and communication.
Liaise with product, marketing and vendor teams to obtain and update product information.
Maintain customer portals and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.
Produce reports and administrative documentation as required.
Manage inbound customer queries via phone, email and internal systems.
Escalate and resolve customer issues effectively to maintain high service levels.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience within customer service, service delivery, sales support, account coordination, administration or operations.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience using CRM systems.
SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
