Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm, and Friday 8am – 4pm, 35 hours per week
Location: Horley, RH6 9GA

Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling of works for field based colleagues
* Booking in jobs for customers via phone and email communication
* Providing administration support and communicating effectively for our field-based team
* Loading purchase order numbers onto the systems
* Raising logbooks
* Answering phones, taking messages and handling general enquiries from clients
What do I need?
* Previous administration / scheduling experience
* Strong customers service skills
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Ability to priority workloads
* Working well within a team and taking responsibility for own workload
