Amour Recruitment is working in partnership with a great company seeking an Service Delivery Co-ordinator based from their office in Staines.
This role can be offered as hybrid working 2 or 3 days in the office per week offering support to the International Service Delivery to provide customers with world class and innovative delivery solutions that exceed customer service expectations.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing operational account management support to existing and new
* Support implementation of new suppliers, networks, customer onboarding etc.
* Undertake data analysis in key areas such as rate card analysis, operational performance, budget and revenue etc.
* Support in managing and liaison with suppliers.
* Proactively identify and implement improvements in procedures and working practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Personal requirements:
* Ability to understand and interrogate data quickly and accurately.
* Ability to apply judgment in problem solving.
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products (
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
