Permanent career opportunity!
Fully office based (NE8)
Competitive salary range, circa. £24,000 to £26,000, negotiable depending on experience.
Full-time, Monday to Thursday (8AM - 5PM) and Friday (8AM - 2PM), with a one-hour lunch break each day, 37 hours per week.
28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
Statutory pension scheme.
Free on-site parking, and close to local public transport links???? Primary Duties:

As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Diary management for engineer's work
Managing Service inbox, responding to email queries
Answering telephone for the department, speaking with customers
Raising/booking repair/call out jobs
Ordering parts/materials from suppliers
Raising subcontractor's orders & liaising with them for the visit(s)
Raising quotations for customers for works required
Action/Scheduling service visits
Updating internal spreadsheets/excel data
Building the schedule of maintenance planner onto the system & sending it to clients.
Inputting schedule of maintenance into the system for the engineers
Work item adjustments/additions/removals
Ad-hoc contract admin duties (liaising with contract admin dept)
Checking & approving engineers timesheets
Log sickness/annual leave when required for engineers and office staff
Support Office Manager
