Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Engineer Scheduler or Service Administrator in Sutton Coldfield. Applicants must have experience planning or coordinating Service Engineers within the motor trade, automotive, plant, material handling or a similar service-led industry, and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Service Coordinator Role
• Plan and schedule daily workloads for Field Service Engineers
• Allocate service, maintenance and repair jobs efficiently
• Coordinate engineer availability and customer requirements
• Keep customers updated on engineer attendance and job progress
• Monitor outstanding work and rearrange schedules when priorities change
• Liaise with engineers, customers and internal departments
• Maintain accurate service records and job information
Service Coordinator Requirements
• Previous experience planning or coordinating Service Engineers
• Experience within the motor trade, automotive, plant, material handling, engineering or a similar industry
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
• Confident communicating with engineers and customers
• Able to manage changing workloads and priorities
• Good administration and IT skills
• Right to work in the UK
