Looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We're seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join a busy operations team, taking ownership of scheduling, planning and coordinating engineer workloads to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits to maximise productivity.
* Managing incoming service requests and prioritising work against agreed service levels.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep jobs moving.
* Monitoring ongoing works, resolving issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on live jobs.

* Ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Experience within service coordination, scheduling, logistics, customer service or administration would be advantageous
