Part-Time Service Coordinator

My client is a leading manufacturing company and has an opportunity for a service coordinator to join their small team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting service reports, processing invoices, managing engineers' expenses, covering the parts department, and performing occasional warehouse duties. This role requires experience in Microsoft Office, previous use of working with SAP software and knowledge of SAP Concur would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inputting Service Reports: Accurately enter and maintain service reports into the company database.

* Processing Invoices: Handle the processing and verification of invoices and resolving any discrepancies.

* Managing Engineers' Expenses: Oversee the submission and approval of engineers' expense reports with SAP Concur expenses software.

* Covering Parts Department: Assist in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department.

* Warehouse Duties: Perform occasional warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

* PC Literate: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* SAP and SAP Concur Knowledge: Experience with SAP Concur for expense management preferred.

* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.

* Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and financial processing.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and support colleagues as needed
