Service coordinators are required for a firmly established family feel company to join their growing team of passionate professionals where management value their staff. On offer is shadowing of senior staff, the opportunity to lead two junior administrators, internal training on systems and processes as well as specific industry resources. Your Role as a Service Coordinator Will Include:
* Coordination of engineers and materials
* Using software such as Simpro
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure high levels of customer service
As a Service Coordinator You Will Have:
* Experience planning, scheduling and coordinating engineering or similar teams
* Background in some or similar role
* Confident using scheduling software such as Simpro
* Commutable to Rochester, Maidstone, Kent
