Role: Service Coordinator
Location: Horsham

Salary / Rate of pay: £30,000

Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for a experienced Service Coordinator to join the team.

Your responsibilities will include-

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating the delivery of plant machinery and equipment according to their needs.
Efficiently schedule the deployment of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to job sites and minimizing downtime.
Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively, finding suitable solutions to meet their requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of plant hire transactions, including contracts, invoices, and equipment condition reports. Generate regular reports on equipment utilization, maintenance activities, and customer feedbackOther job roles considered-

Service Administrator/Service CoordinatorExperience essential for this role -

Service Coordinator experience in Plant Hire is preferred but not essential
Must have exceptional organisational skills
Great communication skills and problem solving skills
