Are you an experienced Service Administrator, Parts Administrator or Service Coordinator looking to join a growing engineering business where you'll play a key role supporting engineers, customers and the aftersales operation?

This expanding machinery solutions business specialises in supplying, servicing and supporting construction equipment across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Service & Parts Administrator to support their Aftersales team, ensuring engineers, customers and internal departments receive first-class service and administrative support.

In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for service enquiries, processing service jobs, ordering parts, supporting engineers with labour and timesheet administration, coordinating transport, monitoring work in progress and assisting with warranty claims. You'll work closely with Service Controllers, Engineers, Parts, Sales and Finance to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the depot.

This role would suit someone with service administration or parts experience within construction plant, machinery, agricultural, automotive, commercial vehicles or another engineering environment, looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business.

The Role:

Provide first-line support for service and parts enquiries via phone and email
Create and maintain service job records and process engineer paperwork
Order parts, coordinate deliveries and arrange transport
Support engineers with timesheets, labour entries and service documentation
Monitor work in progress, parts allocation and job completion
Assist with warranty claims, service contracts and customer follow-up
Support stock administration, machine documentation and demonstration fleet scheduling

The Person:

Experience within a Service Administrator, Parts Administrator or Service Coordinator role
Engineering, construction plant, machinery, agricultural, automotive or commercial vehicle background
