Due to continued growth and expansion, a position for a Service Controller has now become available to join a fast paced and dynamic team. You will be the linchpin between the clients and engineers, supporting with their maintenance, repair, and general service schedules.
What's involved for Service Controller…
Process orders
Input and update CRM system
Monitor and update customers
Work closely with engineers
Manage engineers diaries
Deal with warranties
Raise quotes and repairs for products
Book service and maintenance jobsSkills and Experience Required:
Strong administrator, planner or service controller background
Experience scheduling engineers diaries
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to prioritise workloads
