The Role
This fast-paced role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to coordinate an efficient Service & Maintenance Team, providing regular liaison with clients, engineers and accounts. Full training will be given.
Main Duties
Manage the diary of a team of regional service engineers
Ensure service visits are completed on time and in budget
Ensure jobs are logged off and invoiced daily, with repeat actions booked and further work identified where required
Project manage workload as requested by the coordinator
Efficiently book services via telephone (inbound and outbound) and email
Manage databases specific to the role
Produce reports Skills Required
Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Organised and able to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
