Description:

Purpose – responsible for the effective delivery of -

* First class customer service throughout their EFAFLEX experience.

* Continuous development of revenues to the business (service/maintenance related).

* Promoting teamwork, contributing towards the creation of a healthy, conducive working environment for all members of the EFAFLEX team.

Key Responsibilities –

* Ensure timely, effective communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers alike.

* To effectively allocate and plan the company’s field engineering resources, communicating in good time and to the agreed standards.

* Organise spare parts, plant and equipment to correspond with site attendance.

* Ensure all associated administration (quotations, billing, customer & purchase orders, warranty issues, maintenance & master data etc.) procedures are actioned in an accurate and timely manner.

* Effectively plan to deliver budget/KPI level performance monthly, ensuring sufficient work is generated/available to avoid shortfalls to plan.

* Work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and agreed company practice at all times.

* Ensure the vehicle fleet is kept in good condition, serviced and maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations/statutory requirements at all times.

* Presentation of agreed reporting in an accurate and timely manner.

* Organise appropriate documentation, PPE, work equipment, accommodation and travel arrangements for field engineering staff.

* Contributing towards the creation of a healthy, conducive working environment for our field engineering team optimising retention and future candidate attraction, where necessary assisting the Service Manager with supplementary recruitment requirements.

* Consistently promote high standard in all we do, leading by example.

* Any other reasonable request as required by the business.

Requirements –

* Previous experience in a similar customer focused environment.

* Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages - essential), SAP (desirable).

* Comfortable communicator in person, by telephone and in writing.

Location –

* Primarily office-based role with occasional travel
