Central London (Office Based)
£38k - £45k (depending on experience)
12 Month FTC
We are partnering with a Property Investment and development company based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join on a permanent basis. This role sits in a well established finance team within a friendly, social working culture.
As the Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include:
Prepare service charge matters of large mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential properties including YE reconciliation's, budgets, sales and rate recharges
Provide service charge information to various stakeholders
Deal with legal matters relating to service charge disputes
Looking for ways to improve and maximise efficiency and accuracy of the system (Qube Horizon)
Prepare cash flow forecasts relating to service charge projects
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of RICS. You will be able to work in small teams and build relationships with colleagues and property managers..
