About Our Client: My client is looking for a talented and passionate person to support them in looking after their high-end portfolio in London. The office is based in Hitchin and you will be joining a small team and looking after 10-15 quality properties. This requires someone with a keen eye for detail and values their work to a high standard, they pride themselves on their office atmosphere and need someone committed and driven to come and join them. The software Qube experience is essential for this position as they ideally want to hit the ground running.
Your Role: As a Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include.
* Preparation of draft budgets.
* Reviewing all service charge accounts
* Supporting team with other functions when required.
* Preparing of year end accounting packages for accountants

Qualifications and Skills:
* Partially or fully qualified (Ideally)
* 2 years previous experience in a similar role
* A positive can-do attitude
* Qube Software experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
