Your Role: As a Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include.
* Preparation of draft budgets.
* Be responsible for the onboarding of new blocks and ensuring all handover documents are received.
* Preparing Ad-Hoc Reports
* Reviewing all service charge accounts
* Supporting team with other functions when required.
* Preparing of year end accounting packages for accountants
