Service Centre Manager
Chelmsford, Essex
Loom Talent is recruiting for an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead a busy, multi-functional operation in Chelmsford.
You'll take ownership of people, operational performance, service delivery and P&L, leading a team across field service, scheduling, repairs, stock, fleet and customer service.
The Role
Lead, motivate and develop the Service Centre team.
Own KPIs, SLAs, contract delivery and operational performance.
Manage workforce planning, performance and resource levels.
Oversee engineer scheduling, fleet, stock and service delivery.
Drive efficiency, productivity and cost improvements.
Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and customer service.
Build strong relationships with customers, commissioners and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
An experienced operational leader from similar background in Operations Manager. You'll ideally have experience managing teams within a KPI/SLA-driven, contract-led environment, with strong commercial awareness and a track record of improving operational performance. Applicants will also have ambitions to want to progress beyond the role of Service Centre Manager.
