Are you a passionate Service and Support Coordinator looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently seeking a Service and Support Coordinator to join one of their well-established and successful clients based in Peterborough as part of their Sales and Administration team.

About the Role: The Service and Support Coordinator will support the Sales Office Lead in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office. This role involves managing deliveries, customer queries, and assisting with contract renewals, among other responsibilities.

Principle Responsibilities for the Service and Support Coordinator:

* Assist Sales Office Lead with creating proposals, sending Purchase Order Number requests and chasers, raising invoices, organising deliveries for service and parts, purchasing parts/spares, and sending staged contract payment reminders.

* Provide general office support to the HR Business Partner.

* Manage post and deliveries in and out of the business, including chasing and handling all incoming deliveries.

* Handle general customer queries and assist with general workshop admin.

* Support service contract renewals and contractor contract renewals.

* Monitor and edit engineer time bookings weekly for KPIs, and retrieve KPI details for targets.

* Complete pre-qualification questionnaires and update internal Health and Safety documentation.

* Collaborate with the Sales Office Lead daily and attend required training to enhance role proficiency.

* Organise and assist with engineer’s toolbox talks, PPE, and travel arrangements.

* Administer the company’s vehicle fleet and perform reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and managing meeting room bookings.

Person Specification:

* Proven experience as an Assistant or in a similar role.

* Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations head-on.

* A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.

* Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise workloads in a busy environment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Knowledge of engineering terminology and experience in a similar industry is an advantage.

* Familiarity with administrative procedures between companies.

* Knowledge of the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy, and utility industries is advantageous but not essential.

This is a full-time permanent Service and Support Coordinator position, working Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £30k - £35k plus company benefits, including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, a pension scheme, a discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
