Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive organisation based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, for the position of Service Advisor. This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking career progression within a well-established dealership.
Key benefits:
Basic salary up to £32,000 plus bonus incentives
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 - 17:30
No weekends required, with optional Saturday shifts

Industry-leading bonus scheme with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £41,000Duties as a Service Advisor:
Attending to customers during vehicle drop-off and collection, ensuring high levels of customer service
Accurately recording customer requests and communicating them effectively to the workshop team
Providing regular updates to customers regarding vehicle progress throughout the day
Costing additional work required and obtaining customer approval for extra repairs
Preparing and presenting customer invoices and relevant paperwork
Explaining work undertaken clearly to customers
Promoting service products including service plans and extended warranties
Managing customer appointments and prioritising workload efficientlyRequirements:
Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor in a main dealer environment
Knowledge of Pinnacle DMS is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
Excellent customer service and communication skills
IT literacy and organisation skills
Ability to upsell and maximise workshop revenue
Focused on customer satisfaction
Full UK Driving Licence, ideally clean
