Service Advisor / Parts Controller
Location : Wittering, Peterborough
Salary £28000 - £35000
We are seeking an ambitious individual, with negotiating and supplier relationship management skills with excellent commercial acumen and market awareness from the automotive industry.
* To purchase and source all items for manufacturing / service / spares activities.
* Ensure all items arrive on time in line with build schedules given by the factory manager as well as service / spares requirements and invoice passing.
* To assist in sourcing new suppliers and products and research new markets, products to bring fresh ideas and new ways of purchasing to the company.
* Provide estimates to customers and book in service and repair work.
* Plan and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved.
Candidate Specification :
* Automotive parts experience
* Team management experience
* Strong decision-making skills
* Buying experience within a fast-paced organisation
* Strong business acumen
* CIPS Qualified is an advantage
