Responsibilities
* Give high levels of Customer Service
* Manage a diary of your customers and their vehicles.
* Liaise with other departments on repairs and servicing.
* Always remain professional.
* Comply with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Experience in service advisor role
* Passion for the automotive trade
