Service Advisor – Main Dealer
Crawley | £30,000–£33,000 Basic + £500–£1,000 Monthly Bonus | Monday–Friday
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next move with a reputable main dealer?

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Welcoming customers and handling vehicle bookings
* Advising customers on servicing, repairs and maintenance
* Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
* Liaising closely with the workshop and technicians
* Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
* Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection on time
* Providing a professional, friendly and customer-focused experience
What’s on Offer
* £30,000–£33,000 basic salary
* £500–£1,000 monthly bonus
* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
* No weekends
* 24 days holiday + bank holidays

About You
We’re looking for someone with previous Service Advisor experience, ideally within a main dealer or automotive environment.
You’ll be confident dealing with customers, commercially aware and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
