Description:

We are seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of a busy dealership in Birmingham, offering an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive customer service professionals to advance their career. Manage the customer journey throughout the aftersales process, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service
Handle customer bookings and oversee the service process from start to finish
Provide regular updates to customers regarding their vehicles
Identify additional work and explain relevant products or services
Liaise closely with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle completion
Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive information appropriately
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
Support continuous improvements in processes and customer experience
Work as part of a team to meet departmental and dealership objectives
Promote additional products and services ethically and confidentlyRequirements:

Previous experience within an automotive dealership or a customer-facing environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in administration and handling confidential information
Confident in resolving customer complaints
Commercial awareness, ideally with sales experience
Automotive experience within a franchised or independent dealership is advantageous
Proficiency with Kerridge or Keyloop systems is preferable; strong customer service backgrounds from other sectors will also be considered
Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points
