This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor seeking a position within a leading dealership that values customer service, professionalism, and career development. Competitive basic salary up to £36,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Managing customer vehicle service bookings efficiently and professionally
Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to build customer loyalty
Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely and effective vehicle servicing and repairs
Upselling service plans, maintenance packages, and parts where appropriate
Maintaining accurate customer records and detailed service documentation
Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maximised to promote repeat business and positive reviewsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or workshop environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Passionate about delivering high standards of customer service
Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes desirable but not essential
