Greet and welcome customers, managing service and repair bookings
Provide accurate estimates and vehicle advice to customers
Liaise effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress throughout the service process
Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
Manage invoicing procedures and vehicle handovers efficiently
Promote customer surveys to ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalismRequirements of the Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems is advantageous
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a busy environment
Proactive and customer-focused approach
