Description:
We are recruiting a Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department at a multi-franchise approved car dealership in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional seeking strong earning potential and long-term career prospects.
Benefits:
Starting salary of up to £28,500 per annum, dependent on experience.
Performance-related bonus potential of up to £4,000–£5,000+ annually.

The Service Advisor will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:00am–12:30pm.Duties:
As a Service Advisor, greet customers and book vehicles into the Service Department.
Liaise closely with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress.
Keep customers informed of vehicle repair progress and advise them on minor technical matters.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services.
Take payments for completed work.
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service while achieving company targets.
Build strong customer relationships and support overall customer satisfaction.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential.
Candidates with strong customer service, sales or hospitality experience will also be considered.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational ability and good IT literacy.
Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
Experience with Pinewood Pinnacle is advantageous but not essential.
A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
