SERVICE ADVISOR
ABINGDON | £29,500 BASIC | £33,000 OTE | 42.5-HOUR WORKING WEEK
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within the automotive industry? We are recruiting for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join an established dealership in Abingdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from vehicle check-in through to collection.
You'll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing clear updates and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
THE PACKAGE
* £29,500 basic salary.
* OTE of up to £33,000.
* 42.5-hour working week.
* Ongoing training and development.

THE ROLE
* Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries.
* Booking vehicles into the workshop.
* Preparing job cards and accurately recording customer requirements.
* Liaising with technicians and workshop colleagues.
* Providing customers with regular updates on vehicle progress.
* Discussing additional work and obtaining customer authorisation.
* Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection and invoices are explained.
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
* Confident working in a busy dealership environment.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* A professional and customer-focused approach.
