We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable independent service centre located in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Our client is committed to investing in their staff and offers a supportive working environment within a family-run business. The Service Advisor role is ideal for a skilled professional looking to develop their career in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Rota’d Saturday mornings

Welcome customers and manage front desk operations efficiently
Handle incoming calls and organise service bookings
Act as the key link between customers and workshop technicians
Liaise with customers regarding ongoing work and job progress
Order parts and update relevant systems accordingly
Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform effectively in a busy and sometimes high-pressure environment
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
