£30,000 Basic Salary | £38,000 OTE | Monday to Friday | No Weekends
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Exeter. The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional and seamless aftersales experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair work
* Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
* Providing estimates and obtaining approval for additional work
* Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control
* Managing job cards, invoices, and service documentation
* Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
* Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Confident using dealership management systems
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Positive and professional attitude
