We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable independent car specialist based in Croydon, for the position of Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking to progress their career within a well-established, customer-focused environment.

Competitive basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Rotational Saturday mornings 8:30 am to 1:00 pm

Manage customer appointments and handle service enquiries efficiently
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs
Provide accurate quotations and clear explanations of work carried out
Keep customers informed about vehicle status throughout the service process
Upsell additional services and parts where appropriate
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Deliver high standards of customer service to foster repeat business and customer satisfactionRequirements for the role:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Professional attitude and proactive work ethic
Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently
