Service Advisor – Watford
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Watford. Applicants must have strong customer service and communication skills, experience working in a target-driven environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience is advantageous but not essential.

OTE: £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 6, 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8.30 - 4

Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout servicing and repairs
Book workshop appointments and complete pre-appointment calls
Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times
Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and workshop colleagues regarding repairs
Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to customers
Identify suitable additional service and repair opportunities
Maintain accurate customer records and deliver excellent customer serviceService Advisor Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous experience working in a target-driven role
Confidence identifying customer needs and appropriate upselling opportunities
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Previous Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales experience is advantageous
