We are recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our franchised dealership in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional seeking a stable and rewarding role with a national motor trade business.
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key link between our customers and dealership, ensuring a professional and efficient service experience.

Basic salary of £30,000.
Achievable earnings of £36,000 or more.

Permanent position based in Glasgow, Glasgow City.Duties:
In this Service Advisor role, deliver outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle servicing and repair process.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the dealership.
Identify and confidently promote additional products and services.
Deliver effective add-on initiatives and maximise sales opportunities.
Complete general administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments.
As a Service Advisor, contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-focused working environment.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership is essential.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The successful Service Advisor will be confident working in a busy automotive environment.
