We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable luxury car dealership located in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a dynamic team within the prestige automotive sector. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients at all times
Advise customers on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options
Manage work scheduling and liaise with workshop staff to ensure operational efficiency
Upsell appropriate additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealer revenue
Handle administrative tasks including service bookings and work orders
Maintain accurate records using Kerridge DMS or similar dealership management systemRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a luxury or prestige dealership environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of Kerridge DMS or equivalent dealership management system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
