Description:
We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable Main Dealer located in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced automotive professional seeking to advance their career within a well-established dealership. Benefits:
Basic salary of £29,000
Uncapped OTE of £35,000+
Manufacturer-led training programmes and ongoing professional development

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with one early finish per week
Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am to 2:00pm
42-hour working week, with a supportive team environmentDuties of a Service Advisor:
Booking customer vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repair work
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Advising customers on repairs, maintenance, and warranty work
Upselling additional products, services, and accessories
Scheduling appointments to maximise workshop efficiency
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating dealership systemsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Kerridge / ADP experience is advantageous
