We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership group for the position of Service Advisor in Telford, Shropshire. Circa £35,000 OTE depending on experience
Basic salary of £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Saturdays on a rota basisDuties of a Service Advisor:
Greeting customers and delivering exceptional customer service
Booking vehicle service and repair appointments
Accurately recording customer concerns and workshop job details
Acting as a liaison between customers and the workshop team
Updating customers on progress and additional work requirements
Promoting and explaining additional repair and maintenance work
Maintaining accurate dealership management system records
Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure smooth customer journeysRequirements for a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills, experience with dealership management systems such as Kerridge/Drive or E-Dynamix is advantageous
Knowledge of Ford vehicles is a plus but not essential
