Service Advisor – Peterborough
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Peterborough. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Peterborough
Salary: £32,000 basic
OTE: £39,800 with uncapped product bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays

Manage the customer journey throughout vehicle servicing and repairs
Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times
Schedule workshop appointments efficiently and accurately
Recommend additional repairs and maintenance identified by Vehicle Technicians
Promote relevant products including service plans, tyres and connected car services
Complete pre-appointment calls and confirm customer requirements
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle recordsService Advisor Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience identifying customer needs and additional sales opportunities
Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven Aftersales environment
Strong organisation and time management skills
Full UK Driving Licence
