We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership located in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service within a well-established business. OTE of approximately £35,000 with achievable bonuses

Managing the service process from initial customer contact through to job completion
Delivering exceptional customer service and developing lasting client relationships
Advising customers on vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance options
Preparing and maintaining accurate service records
Upselling additional products and services when appropriate
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining client loyaltyRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures (preferred)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
