Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputable main dealership in Crewe, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to develop their career within a well-established automotive environment. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently.

Basic salary of £26,500, with potential earnings of up to £34,500 (uncapped OTE)

Working hours from Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
Supportive and friendly team environmentDuties of a Service Advisor:
Professionally greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs ensuring accurate scheduling
Keep customers informed regarding vehicle progress and explain repair recommendations
Liaise effectively with workshop staff to ensure timely job completion
Prepare accurate estimates and handle customer inquiries professionally
Promote additional products and services to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Complete all administrative paperwork and update digital records meticulouslyRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
Minimum of 2 years dealership experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in using computer systems and dealership software
Full UK driving licence desirable
